I ordered ahead on the app and paid extra for add ons that I didn’t receive. Overall the food is pretty decent. It doesn’t quite have as much flavor as Qdoba or chipotle. However, they do give free chips and salsa with entrees so that’s definitely a plus that I appreciate. The chips aren’t great but they’re made fresh with your order and are a worthy vessel for the salsa it comes with. I came here because of a promo and didn’t dislike it. I just wish I could have confidence in ordering ahead. Unless I get another good deal I don’t think I will seek this place out on its own as a first choice but it does get the job done for a burrito craving.

Big fan of Chipotle and Qudoba.. I wasn’t really fan of Moes. Wanted to try after Moe’s rebranded. The food and taste is still the same. Place was really clean, love the seating. Food quality was so so. Queso wasn’t really a queso taste liked white jack peppers cheddar melted cheese. Quantity was a-lot. Customer service was great.

I love this restaurant. there is a guy I forgot to ask for his name. he has long hair and I think wear glasses. he takes so much pride at his work and makes the best wraps. knows about customer service and was very accommodating he even Gave me some extra chips! he should get a promotion

What’s the point of curb side pick up if when you call the guy makes you come inside the store, even after I told him it was curbside pickup he refused and said come inside. Better service at Chipotle

Myself and my family have been ordering from this location since the past few years. Me and my wife walk in, saturday afternoon 2 pm.Employee almost did not greet, felt like we were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Order 2 quesadillas with tofu, they were almost out of tofu, put some in one of the quesadillas, asked us if we can wait for some time for more tofu to be cooked. We agreed. It was not busy at all. Meanwhile, another customer walks in orders. We are waiting, his order is complete. We are charged for food, the food is wrapped without the addition of our scoop of tofu that was promised. We politely ask the employee could you please make sure you added the tofu you promised ? She turns back to the manager and the manager reaponds “tell them that will be $2.50 extra”. We explain that we did not recieve any tofu in one of the quesadillas hence we asked. Manager turns to the employee and asks if she put tofu in both, employee nods yes. Manager states we cannot give you more tofu and it will be charged extra. We had to open the quesadillas (after 10 mins of explanation) that we did not get any in the first place. No appologies, instead the manager says “stay away from the counter, you cannot raise your voice”. I have never experienced such bad service from any place. Never going back there. If you are reading this please save your time and curb your hunger at another place, its not worth it. They made us pay for food that they didnt even prepare completely. Its a rip off.

It’s ok. Plain and simple. I came here to eat and the service wasn’t bad. My issue came with the food. The food wasnt bad but also not great when compared to Qdoba or Chipotle. The food was pretty fresh but everything tasted a lot more bland then was I was expecting. I asked for queso sauce on my bowl and was surprised to be charged 1.35 for the sauce when at Qdoba, its complimentary. The free chips on the side was a nice touch.

Tasted okay, but food is very little, the chicken was very scarce. I order a chicken bowl (earmuff chicken) $8.29. Service and food quantity needs allot of improvement. Parking sucks. Visit other Moe’s else this is the worse one so far.
