I’ve been to this location a few times without issues, but today I ordered a frozen coffee and bagel with cream cheese (my usual) and got EXTREMELY sick quickly after: nausea, overheating, trouble breathing, and I nearly collapsed. I’ve had this same reaction before with black mold in drink and ice machines, and while I can’t be certain if it was that specifically, maybe you want to check your ingredients and equipment, because I’d hate for anyone else to get sick. This sort of thing could easily result in a trip to the ER.

Cleanest Dunkin I’ve been too personally, and worked for. Owner is very nice and like I mentioned prior it is very clean. Restroom was spotless and these days you don’t see that often. I was overall impressed with the inside of the store and the service and drink I received. Kudos Centerville Dunkin.

Highly disappointed in my experience this morning at the new Centerville Rd. Location. Took the kids for a special breakfast; just something different. We like to go in so kids can see their specific donut options for the day. Plus, usually dining in means better customer service; not today.

Great new location. Staff was really nice! Store kept very clean inside. Limited seating inside but very nice! Food was fresh as well as our sandwiches being very hot! Our drinks were very good! Parking lot can be a little tight to get out of spaces if drive-thru lane is full.

NEVER AGAIN! RUDE girl asked me 4 times how many doughnuts, after saying “three” 4 times, i spoke louder, and the girl scolded me for raising my voice. Then, while paying mo greeting, no interaction, and THEN, the sandwich was half burnt…these places have all become a joke around here.

I went this morning to purchase an apple juice and a blueberry muffin as I have done so in the past. While eating my muffin the middle of the muffin is still raw. I take the muffin back and luckily the employee that served me was there. The female manager practically accused me of trying to return a raw muffin purchased based from them stating that she was not sure if I bought it at that store. Unfortunately the drive thru employee did not supply me with a receipt but she was able to vouch for me. Otherwise the manager wanted to argue about refunding me $2.29 for their uncooked muffin they are serving. Not only have they been dinged for codes violations but not they want to insult customers. Like I would carry around a raw muffin, choose her particular store to request my refund. SMH
