Just place an order on the 22 august 2023 and it’s so disappointing experience. First time and last one for me here. First it took about 2 hours to the delivery guys to show up what make my orders cold a the first place. then I open my orders and realized that my pizza was baked too much which I could even eat it for my hunger. This grandview store is the worst so far and I would not recommend that to anyone.

This is twice that this has happened to me I ordered pizza 3 weeks ago around 8 and I didn’t get my service until 12 midnight I called the manager name of Justin and Grandview Missouri he told me he had to send out a doordash person to bring out my pizza due to they were behind the doordash people never showed up I called back and he said that they stoled my Pizza!! Tonight on May 27th I called and for another extra large he told me that it would be here in 30 minutes I never got the pizza I ordered at 11:29 p.m. and now is 12:38 a.m. so I called back and he told me that the girl that’s driving the delivery suppose had showed up. But she never did so he was going to try to call that driver and call me back!! Justin never did which he is a manager and I tried to call him back and now it’s telling me that they are closed so he played me off I am going to take other steps towards this situation it’s not fair to loyalty customers!!!!! 12:50am I got a call stating that my pizza was stolen again by a doordasher. This is it. Don’t order Delivery from that place!!!! All lies!!!!!

The DO manager called me after I submitted a email review. He was nice to me but I never did get a coupon code or a refund. Not the first time that happened either. So all in all. The upper management is full of it, the GM clearly can’t run the store and there always seems to be a new worker. They chased off the only 2 manager’s I saw that cared def won’t be back.

Don’t even bother asking for delivery. It’ll take DoorDash 2 hour’s to bring it. The driver’s are nice tho. The manager with red hair said he’s the GM. But I always see him just standing in one spot. I’ll ask for a manager and one of the kid’s that work’s there tell me he’s busy. I’ve noticed a HUGE decline in service and last time I was there

I only gave it two because the delivery driver was polite and even went to two different buildings before he got to me. My pizza was not cooked all the way and you could tell just by looking at the toppings because they were falling off the dough. I paid extra for cheese so my toppings should have been done and in tack. So disappointing…

I’ve been going to this location occasionally for years. It’s normally been pretty good. TODAY…absolutely NOT! If I’m going to tip 20%, at least make sure my pizzas aren’t disfigured as shown in these pics, there were a few other slices like this but didn’t get pics. It isn’t too bad but come on, and I tipped beforehand so I know they saw it. Apparently tips don’t mean anything to them. Not to mention, nickel and diming me for a few extra sauces. Other pizza restaurants don’t pull that on me. The 3 1/2 star overall rating of this location should tell you all you need to know. As well as other reviews. I drive past 3 other pizza restaurants just to go here, but not anymore. They aren’t the worst and they weren’t really rude except except female manager to her own male employees. But you can be sure to have experiences like this with enough visits. Disappointing. Not going back.

Typically this store does a great job and I wouldn’t have any complaints, but today was terrible. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and waited a little over an hour for my order to be delivered. Just to turn around and have the wrong pizza delivered to me. They delivered a Hawaiian pizza instead. Called the store to let them know the wrong pizza was delivered to me and they said they would remake my order and have it delivered to me. Two hours later and the pepperoni pizza was finally delivered to me but was completely cold and barely had any extra cheese on it. I literally live 5 minutes away from the store and waited almost 3 hours for 1 medium pizza. Im highly disappointed!
