So we ordered at 3:58. Was told pizza would be ready at 4:20. I pull up at 4:19. I sit there for 10 minutes, no one even acknowledges I was at the drive through. Finally I push the button for service. A younger fellow comes to the window and I explain our order said it would be Rady for pick up at 4:20 . He leaves 5 minutes pass. A lady comes to the window and said they are just putting our order in the oven it will be 6 minutes. It’s 4:40 im still sitting in the drive through no pizza. No discount, No im sorry, what I did get was you can cancel your order. I told the lady I’ve sit here this long im not leaving without my order. So on service horrible. I did get the order at 4:46. It was delicious and the order was made correct, for that thank you.

Went to pick-up my order. Car parked at drive up window. Waited 5 minutes. Went inside and three people never acknowledged me. Another customer came in and we both stood there another 5 minutes. Finally went behind the counter and got my damn order which was barely warm. Always a problem with this location.

$12 H8GHER THAN HUNTINGDON!! Huntingdon Dominos had to close early, so I came to Mckenzie and the exact same order was $12 higher!! Plus it wasn’t as good. The pasta bowl was noticeably small and the sandwiches were dry. Still good. But not Huntingdon Dominos quality. $12 is worth driving to Huntingdon if you live in Mckenzie!

I ordered a pizza, cheesy bread, and wings. The app said my order was ready. Waited at the window in the drive through for 20 minutes for them to come tell me my order wasn’t ready. What a waste of time. Terrible place. I’ll never go here again. The guy in the drive through window asked if I wanted to leave him a tip. I said a tip for what not having my order ready and for you coming to the window to tell me.

Ordered a pizza for pickup got home it only had cheese. I called the store the phone rang for 17 minutes so I hung up and called again and it had advertising for dominos for about 5 minutes and it disconnected. So I drove back to the store and they remade it. I beleive that they should have compensated me for my time and gas since the problem was on their end, but nope just the pizza. If you can’t do it right you should compensate the person with some sort of item or a free pizza on next order!

This pizza is great but the workers will sometimes cancel your order when it’s late because they don’t want to make the effort. I understand everyone wants to go home on time, but this is your job and a business. In order for a business to pay its employees it has to make money. When you cancel orders just because you don’t want to be bothered with it, you are causing the business to lose money.
