DO NOT EAT here if you are looking for gluten free/allergy friendly food. I’ve tried this place out several times in the past few months and it’s honestly very disappointing. I was drawn to them by the gluten free options, and i liked the fact that I can order my food with no garlic (because of an allergy), which is something that is hard to come by. However, the food is so inconsistent. There have been several times where my food was made wrong and wasn’t made gluten free, causing me to have an allergic reaction. The beef is always chewy and over cooked. I’ve gotten fried rice several times and about 50% of the time it is so over cooked, the eggs are black and it’s gross. I would always order vegetable fried rice and I’ve found shrimp inside of it twice, and being that I’m allergic to shellfish (as many people are) this is a HUGE issue.

This location is a far cry from what it once was. Any semblance of service is gone completely. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, but the person taking our order insisted that it would take 30 minutes to get our food. Apparently they’re so busy with takeout orders that they make people in the restaurant wait.

I have to agree with many of the reviews here that the food quality has gone done alot. They also make it seem like you are annoying them when you ask for sauces (if it’s that much of a hassle put them back out for customers to get what they need so, they don’t have to ask you for them). And spicy dishes are not spicy they are “mild” and when you ask and pay for something extra (i.e. protein etc) you expect it . Please do better.

My family went and visited this location at spur of moment after deciding to try vs. Panda Express. We made it in with about 20 minutes left until close and right away the Chef could be heard, “Really, we are about to close.” The nice lady taking our order told the chef, “price you pay working in food service.” It took about 15-20 minutes but we ordered lettuce wraps, kids orange chicken and 2 adult orange chickens. Another customer came in after us and chef once again was heard saying, “not again.” Cooks/Chefs should be reminded that customers can hear their conversations. Disappointing food as the orange chicken was chicken nuggets sauced in the orange sauce. Pure lazy on the cooks part and if you were out of authentic chicken, there was no ask if chicken nuggets are okay. Not authentic chicken as seen on menu/website. Very disappointed we spent $45.00. Won’t be back and those chefs need to treat customers with respect. I’ll stick with Panda moving forward for quick service.
