I gotta tell you about this awesome little diner I hit up on Route 66. First off, the vibe was super chill – just what you’d expect from a classic roadside joint. But let’s talk about the food. Man, they’ve got a menu that’s got something for everyone. And here’s the kicker – the prices won’t make your wallet cry. You get a good deal without sacrificing the deliciousness. It was very crowded but just figured that’s because of the location. I was able to charge my Tesla within walking distance so that was a bonus.

Quaint traditional American diner. It was super busy both times I stopped in at lunch time while on an overnight camping trip in the area but service was attentive and I got seated right away at the counter. The burgers were good and more than filling before hitting the road again. The location was very convenient since it was right across from the visitor center and Route 66 museum.

We stopped at this diner while we were on a day trip from Arizona. We got a couple of burgers and the chicken fried steak. We also got a strawberry shake that really was only strawberry-ish. It was essentially a vanilla shake with a little added strawberries. I thought I would have had a to die for shake but I’ve definitely had better. The food was pretty good, but the burgers were a bit dry. I liked the ambiance of the restaurant as it has a lot of history within it. The service was okay, but we had to keep calling her back to ask for things.

A true 50’s diner!!! Food is amazingly good (go for the onion rings!) I had a BLT sandwich, everything was fresh, amazingly refreshing after a long ride in the area.

Update: We came back through town and we were happy to see Kristin again. She clearly loves serving people, and has a great balance between checking in and getting her work done.

This was the second time I had been to this restaurant. Each time it has been delicious. The first time I had a burger and fries the burger had green chilies it was yummy. This time my husband and I went on a mini date and shared a D’z Krazy shake the red velvet one and a large basket of fries. We both enjoy the 50’s diner feel and looking at the pictures and cars. Restaurant is clean, staff are friendly, food comes out fast and fresh, it is family friendly as well as a great place for a date night. Highly recommend it if you love classic diner food, 50’s and oldies Era, and classic cars.

Burgers with all the fixin’s, awesome shakes and cool air-conditioning. The staff are amazing, friendly and super attentive. Your food comes to you as soon as they put it in the window , I never had to ask for a refill. You can’t ask for much more. The atmosphere is great despite having to squeeze in, they have some pretty deep booths to sit in. You can’t go wrong with a stop here.

We arrived at 12:15 on a weekday, and as busy as the restaurant was, we were still able to be seated right away. The menus were fun and the food was delicious. The service was also fantastic! Our only wish was that they had more than single stall bathrooms. Hahaha…

The food is dive diner food. The staff are sweet and quick. This place was busy. Not a single table open. The nostalgia is great and loved all of the decor. The food wasn’t good. The appetizer came out after the food. The wings had no flavor. The hubby enjoyed his Ruben. The marinara for the mozzarella sticks just tasted like paste and looked gross. I also asked for ranch and was given a mustard sauce. The shakes looked good but didn’t get a chance to try we were passing thru from our trip to Vegas. I wouldn’t go back to eat. The parking lot was terrible not nearly enough space.

This diner has such a great theme! It really feels like you’ve time traveled, and the food is overall delicious. My only problem was that the burger seemed quite uncooked, but the rest of our food was delicious.
