I gave this place a second chance. The boneless spare ribs and wonton soup were delicious. The shrimp toast was extremely burnt and inedible. There were no fortune cookies in the takeout box. I also posted pictures of their full menu. They also have a service fee added to your bill if you use a credit card.

Food was ok considering the parts of the order they got right but they didn’t try to correct the stuff they messed up. Guy put me on hold two times when I called and then I asked him if they can correct the issue the guy said no and hung up on me. Won’t be getting my business anymore so adios.

There are many Chinese restaurants in the east Northport area this is not one of the best food is average. More importantly in the middle of a pandemic when Mask wearing is required, they are cooking your food without wearing any masks if you take the pandemic seriously I definitely would not suggest you order your Chinese food from here. Panda and precious early grand if people are not.

I have not been able to find really great Chinese food in Long Island. When I lived in Queens the Chinese was generally much better. That being said, this is the best local place to get delivery. The owners have always been friendly. The food is decent. Overall I can’t complain.

This place has been good for years, then today I ordered was told delivery in 40 minutes which is long but I was willing to wait. After an hour had passed from when it should of been delivered, I attempted to call and cancel, I know they have caller ID, they chose not to answer the 3 times I called. Then an hour and 40 minutes from when I ordered the guy showed up, I refused the food. I will never order from them again.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. They gave me fried rice for a steamed chicken and broccoli dinner when I told the the person has allergies. I called to ask for a different order and offered to give the wrong order back the woman told me they won’t I asked for a credit back on the card and they wouldn’t!! Now I am stuck with a dish that no one will eat and out of money for it. Crooks. How could you run a restaurant and when a customer calls with a situation like mine, not rectify it?!

lll give one star because the food wasn’t horrible BUT I called in my order and the person on the other line said they don’t take American Express so I used my debit card, within hours there was over $75 being charged from all sorts of companies. So I called to tell them that someone who takes the orders is stealing people’s credit card info. The woman proceeds to tell me that there was no manager in and that the manager doesn’t know English so I should just cancel my card. I then asked her doesn’t she find it important that someone that works for them is STEALING. She didn’t seem to care at all. Buyers beware and don’t give them your credit card info.
