Ordered ribeye steak and loves to tell both with twice baked potatoes. They were both absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! They really did do a great job. They cook the steak perfectly, the lobster tail was a 10 oz tail and it was cooked perfectly. Well worth the money. The service was absolutely perfect. We were being a little judgmental because all the gals that were serving were younger and let’s face it there as a stereotype, but, our server did a great job. She was really cute and sweet, very attentive and we did keep her running. She came back multiple times all with a smile on her face and a great attitude. The atmosphere is super cute. This is definitely a little gem of a place to find in Rock Springs Wyoming.

My wife and I both ordered the Filet Oscar. I had it a few months ago and it was great. This time, our medium steaks were dry and overcooked. I had to pull a bunch of crab shell out of my Oscar sauce. The soups were fine, but nothing special.

Arguably the longest I’ve ever waited for bad food. Went with a group of 17 – arrived at 6:40 and dinner wasn’t served until 8:50. Two orders were not prepared – so my wife didn’t even eat. Prices were outrageous. The shrimp scampi was 6 21-30 shrimp. My blackened catfish (pictured below) was not so much blackened as absolutely carbonized.

Wow. Total let down. Bread was soft and fluffy, good flavor. Butter was hard and unspreadable. Salad was just starting to turn and drowning in mediocre dressing. Fish was almost cooked. Thicker area was not done. Asparagus was so skinny it was like eating twigs even though it was perfectly cooked. Brussel sprouts were blah. No butter or balsamic. Prime rib didn’t taste fresh and the horse radish was blah. The water on the table was in a glass pitcher that was ridiculously heavy. The margaritas were not good. Hubby’s tasted like it had Worsteshire sauce in it and mine was so sweet it tasted like the concentrated juice was added to it. Way over priced for the quality. Won’t go back.

We gave it a year to see if it go better…… well,,, Staff was great! Food is still as bad as the old management. Got fried alligator that was cold in the middle and sent back. Got teriyaki chicken that was tough, almost like they boiled it and then put grill marks on it. Also got beef burgundy and the noodles were cold and mushy and the meat chunks were extremely dry and chewy. Only thing that was good was our beer. Staff was good/ food was terrible. Either under cooked or over cooked. Also no more pork chops here. Waitress was really good and tipped her for it. Management needs to check on the cooking.
