I used to go on weekends with my family but they drastically increased there price and now they also expect us to fit the noodles in the small bowl along with the meats and veggies. Ridiculous man. Waaaay smaller portion more money and flavor ain’t even the same anymore. Definitely taking my business somewhere else. Sorry you lost your customers family of six every week✌️

$3.24 can of coke!!! Prices have jumped, while the selection of vegetables have dropped, very poor quality and wilted. No beef at the counter. The pork was frozen into big unusable chunks. Also, now have to use the same bowl for the noodles. Big price, less food. Heat on grill was very low, barely cooking the food. The cook used the same sticks while flipping raw chicken as they did scooping the finished noodles in a child’s tray. Unacceptable. This place used to be great.

The food is delicious. I reccomend ordering for pick up or delivery. I don’t know if it’s a soft opening at the new location but there were only 2 people working. Not only did that make things slower but the person running the dining room had the patience of a Buddhist when it came to providing service. We had to walk up to the counter twice to get what we needed. My drink was empty when my food arrived, I waited and waited for my refill, only to find th server chatting it up behind the counter with not a worry in the world. Like I said, the (Thai) food is great but the service was terrible, at least today (Thursday) around 1 PM. Even before the “lunch rush” our service was at sloth-level speed.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The person that charges you is very rude. When he handed me our plate he threw it. No where did they have a sign saying that you get your own noodles. When we proceded to ask the kid on the register he was rude for asking a simple question. They do not give you another plate yet there prices went up. The kid needs some customer service training. Better off going elsewhere than here.

Threw plate at my wife, and apologized after. You need to get noodles on same plate as meats and veggies. Basically cutting down on the amount of food you are able to get. Price has also gone up to close to $15 for a single mongolian. Food court is full of flies… I would skip this place and go somewhere else.

$30 for two #1 and no drink seems high but I guess Biden is to blame for that. Cashier is chopping veggies right next to cashier area and handling money. No hand sanitizer available for customers. Griddle was extremely dirty I ordered mine with no spice and received it very spicy because they rotate the order all around the griddle and mix up the juices. Veggie area was also not stocked properly I had to ask for items and it was a slow day I could just imagine a busy day. Definitely passing next time at I.V. Mall again.

I’m gonna say 4 stars. Price is a little high but definitely fresh, flavorful and filling! Better than a slice of pizza or a subway anyday. $17 for a plate of noodles and beef and iced tea.
