Very disappointed. The amount of food that I received didn’t worth at all. This happened many times before but i was ignoring. I was thinking it is because of the person who serving. But this happens very often and now this is enough. If you don’t watch how much they are adding then you will regret when get home (if you order to go). I order three same bowls. For the first bowl i was watching and keep telling them to add properly. After first bowl they asked me to pay and i was not monitoring the last two bowls. This was my mistake. They filled so little that doesn’t worth at all. In addition, every single time some items are always missing but they change the full. So ridiculous. This is a common for all chipotle. I recommend if you order in store then keep watching how much they are adding and keep telling them to add enough. Otherwise you have to regret.

I always come to this location for lunch. Never have had to request a tiny bit more of chicken. Male with long hair gave me a quarter spoon of chicken. I asked if I can get more he said he can only give what is in a cup. If you’re giving chicken that is hard as a rock what’s the point. Can even give me the vinegrette I requested. Won’t be coming here again.

I’m disappointed to hear how this restaurant treated a family member of mine. This store chose to retrieve a bag of returned chips FROM THE TRASH and give it back to my family member. Not only is this disgusting, it is in-dignifying. What kind of business chooses to employ people who treat paying customers this way! Seems like this place is in a destructive cycle too, 92 reviews with a 2-star rating? That’s abominable. This franchise is forming a bad reputation and your brand is getting abused Chipotle.

My family and I always enjoy the food at Chipotle, usually getting the burrito or the bowls. They are a little high priced for build-your-own Mexican food. The dining area is almost always somewhat messy when I have seen it, and some of the drinks are out or not working. All in all, we still enjoy eating there, but there are some areas that could be improved.

Second time here and wow….very disappointed. Wife ordered a salad and got all the way to the register before she was told they had no salad dressing. I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice and got half a spoon of rice, half spoon of chicken until I asked for more, teaspoon of corn….wow. My daughter ordered a salad and didn’t get enough lettuce to call it a salad. Then found out they were out of guacamole and sour cream. Entire dining room was dirty, floors, tables and napkins, straws and lids were all dirty. Definitely won’t be back!!!

Convenient, fairly new location that underperforms consistently as evidenced by its many poor reviews. Undercooked brown rice (still crunchy!), almost raw vegetables, stale chips, guacamole with huge chunks of avocado are my experiences. There are major quality issues here – suggest you go to a different location instead.

This is such a bad place to order. This is my second time ordering. First time they got my order missing bunch of stuff but I was ok with since they just opened. 6 months late, it got worse, there was a lot missing on my order and the person at drive through could care less about it. Going to the food, the chips they have are old not crispy and the rice and beans are for sure a day old. If you want to have a bad day then you should go here

The food at this chipotle is noticeably worse than every other chipotle I’ve been too. The servers are VERY low on portions. Like not even a full scoop of anything. They wanted to charge me double meat for asking for a normal chipotle portion of meat

Horrible experience! Start to finish! First, I had to go in to get my take out food, instead of using the drive through, because the gift card I had.. the PIN code came off with the covering sticker. The line moved several times and they let other customers go in front of me in line. Then, they wouldn’t let me some get a quesadilla because it wasn’t an online order. And the bowls were not even half full, the carnitas was the slop at the bottom of the bin, barely anything put into the bowl. Between the “black beans and meat”, my bowl was mostly water and soggy rice. The staff were rude and dismissive. For the price they charge, NOT worth it. My bill was almost $50 for 3 people and we barely got any food. I even used my rewards for chips and guac. Horrible experience!
