i’ve come here many times and haven’t had an issue before today. i came at around 10am and the door was locked, i peeked inside and there was a young man standing at the counter. the open sign wasn’t on so i went back to my car thinking maybe they weren’t open for the day yet but my friend said that sometimes the door gets stuck. i went back and tried to open the door again and it wouldn’t budge. i could see the two employees in there laughing at me. what a nightmare, there was no customers inside so they weren’t busy to the point where they couldn’t help me open the door. i hate to leave a bad review but i have never been to a place where this has happened before and it was so disappointing and embarrassing

The acai bowls are very flavorful and yummy! There are so many options, and they also allow substitutions. They have gluten free granola, which is much appreciated! It’s great having a healthy snack option in the area.

I never leave reviews on anything. This place is lacking any sort of management presence. It is a few high school kids running the show and not taking away from them or their opportunity to work and earn money. The last 3,4, maybe 5 times at this point my orders are missing one or two items. Or completely made wrong. A few times I have stated “I added (insert item) to this” and they have to go back to make or add. But one time a coworker asked for something to be taken out due to an allergy and it was still in there. I’m glad I checked for her when I picked up the order. It was remade but it’s been a CONSISTENT issue. There is no adult presence for quality control

They really put the SIGH in ah-sigh-ee. The sigh is “deep sigh, they forgot (insert ingredient) again in my order”. Placing an order here online is a bigger gamble than a pull at the casino. Will they make it? Sure. Will it be right? Unlikely. This has happened on multiple occasions, but last week they forgot to add strawberries to my protein bowl. Not a problem because I checked when I got in the car and went back in. Today, they forgot the almond butter in my protein bowl, but someone else picked up my order for me. It’s fair to say that 75% of the time. Your order will have a missing item or two. If you’re ok with that, then this is the place to be…..Imagine if you were allergic to something and you asked them to take it out. Scary.

Unfortunately won’t be back to this location. Took over 15 minutes while being the only customer in the store to receive out oatmeal bowl after the employee unsure on how to take our order. The floors were unclean and vulgar music being played. Not the best experience.

Just wanted to do an updated review. My first experience at the Jenks location was not great, HOWEVER, the owner quickly addressed the issue and I really appreciate that. Will definitely be giving them another try. Downtown location was great, so I am expecting to have a good experience at the Jenks location as well!

Bowl was half full. No granola at bottom, the coconut shavings I ordered weren’t on there, pineapple was literally not even one piece. My daughters bowl was even worse. We were furious because we really looked forward to it and then this. Don’t go to this location. A girl with long brown hair in a ponytail made the bowls. When you see her, turn right back around and leave. Just trying to keep the next person from frustration. Good luck.we love ahsighe but not there.
