I read the reviews of poor service. I have no idea what went wrong but my experience was great. It’s a local bar. The food was perfect. Chislic, chili cheese fries and the cheese curds are great. Homemade pickle was great. Had a shake and it was the perfect end. If your expectations are of a gourmet meal; this is not your place. If you want solid yummy bar food (comfort food); this is your ticket. I suspect the locals leave bad reviews so a$$ hats do not infest their watering hole. So behave, screw your diet and live a little. This place is great.

We didn’t have high expectations for this place but the crispy chicken salad and chicken wrap were excellent. Service was great and we were seated and served right away. As far as atmosphere, well, it’s a bar in the back of a bowling alley. But the staff was friendly and we’d come back if we were passing through.

Decent food Rueben was good patty melt onions could use more caramelizing they left a bit of raw flavor not common in a patty melt. We will go back. Steak fries needed a bit more time they were slightly undercooked but not bad.

We were looking for a cold beverage. We stumbled upon this place. We weren’t going to eat but after looking at table of good looking food we decided to order. WOW the food was excellent. Homemade dining in a bowling alley! We will definitely be back on our next Sturgis trip.

I like what someone else posted, the “Ursula” behind the bar is the worst bartender I’ve ever met. Rude to the fullest! I wouldn’t treat anyone like how I’ve been treated here. Been here maybe 6 times, every time is the same. I avoid this place at all cost. I wait 15 or so minutes and get ignored by everyone behind the bar to get a beer or close a check and if I dare raise my hand to get them to acknowledge me, oh wow, I’m SO busy, wth do you want *eye roll*. I’ve worked BUSY restaurants in MPLS and elsewhere, 10 people at the bar and 4 tables ain’t busy when there’s 2 bartenders and a food runner. Get real! I can’t believe she still works there. Says a lot about the owners to continue to employ her. 0 stars for this grouch!

Worst service I have ever had. We were told we showed up at shift change 5:00 pm (who schedules shift change at the beginning of dinner rush). Waitress came to our table with an attitude. There were only a few people at the bar and two other tables. Wanted to order the chicken fried chicken, menu said choice of potato so I asked for mashed and was told that mashed potato was only for the special. Who doesn’t offer C,F,C, with mashed potato???? Wife ordered the Buffalo berger and it showed up way over cooked., and 1/8 of an inch thick. Waited what seemed like a half hour for our ticket. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff! We came in from out of town and we were taken care of.. Food is amazing and All American. Cosmic Bowling was the best! Make sure to wear bright clothing and colorful socks. Well worth the stop!

What a fun environment it was great just to have a meal there tonight food is good The staff is so warm and friendly and exciting I think I’ll return again just because of that.. I still plan a bowling day. There is a meeting room that the photo club used tonight.
