The service is unfortunately very poor, I placed and order for 6 wings and fries and I received my food almost 40 minutes later. The chicken wings were small, not seasoned very well. The fries was the only thing that made the meal tolerable. This business has been open for quite a while and it would seem like things would run a bit smoother. You really can’t run a decent business with limited staff and be successful.

I tried the 12 inch sub with 10 buffalo wings and can soda. Just for ONLY 17.99 which is the best deal in town I ever seen and only a dollar extra for seafood . The way they do their deliveries FAST AND FURIOUS only 15-25 mins for delivery. Also the staff is very friendly when my kids pick up as carry out very friendly and polite!

Today is may 7, 2018. This is the second time I have ordered food from this place, if you can call it that. The chicken leg and thigh were very old ( as in purchased after deadline distribution date and is rated below USDA standards). The pizza was soggy with meager toppings. How they remain in business is amazing considering the quality of food served. I intend to send USDA Inspector’s to this establishment asap.

I went in to redeem a coupon from a flyer stating buy a pizza at regular price get the other free. This special is only for Mondays and Tuesdays. To me is false advertisement when I get there and they tell me now it’s only for cheese pizza. That isn’t stated on the coupon. That is false advertisement and they would not honor their coupon. This is false advertisement. I guess it’s time to get the Better Business Bureau involved

Well this place was ok till we started having trouble each time. Either they got our order wrong all the time, the toppings we wanted we never got. They don’t seem to have half their menu ever. Always late, or food isn’t done. And now they dont have a driver for deliveries. Should I keep going. The Baltimore location I won’t deal with anymore very disappointed. I Don’t recommend. Done

I always love the pizza but I decided to try a sub 2 days ago and it was awful! My boyfriend ordered wings and they were practically raw! Needless to say we didnt eat anything except the pizza. When I called to let them know I was hung up on. Sadly I will not be returning.

I ordered 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, mist soda and tea. I was only received 2 medium pizza and tea. When I called Michaelangelos the person on the phone said next time we order we will receive a discount. Unfortunately there will be no next time. We also had the expectations In receiving a 2 liter mist soda. We only received 1 can of mist soda. There’s no way in quenching 4 young adults thirst with a can a soda.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered wings and an italian salad. The wings looked so atrocious It made me want to turn vegan again. There was no meat on the wings and it looked like only the skin was fried. I orderd honey mustard for my wing sauce plus ranch. I never ended up getting either sauce. My italian salad was supposed to have fresh mozzarella, olives, olive oil, roasted tomatoes and bell peppers. My salad came only with lettuce, half slices of raw tomatos, cucumbers, grean peppers and a few peices of onion. I will never be ordering from this place again. I suggest getting Gordan Ramsey from Hell’s Kitchen to help who ever let my food leave the restaurant. Maybe then I would try ordering from them again.
