Service is amazing. Originally looking at the menu I wanted to try the walnut tacos but they don’t have any walnut meat in stock. I grabbed the pasta salad and veggie soup. Both are 9/10!! ✨

I found this vegan (plant based) restaurant inside the Second Street Market. I had a vegan lunch with a unique, southwest style flavor that was made to order. Never thought of a taco combination with roasted coconut, almonds, beans and Jack fruit. Topped with fresh spinach and arugula. The food is flavorful and unique. There are many other dishes offered including soups. This is a small business that will not disappoint. Fresh and made to your order. I look forward to trying the other items in the menu.

Still here in Dayton visiting. Today, at the 2nd street market I had the opportunity to sample so great vegan food at Vegan it is Eatz. Both the mushroom Philly, side salad and homemade potato salad was a filling, healthy and tasty lunch. There are a lot of entrepreneurial type restaurants here. Several of them look and smell amazing. Next I might bounce to one of them but for now 5 stars for Vegan it is Eatz!

Stopped here on our way through town and loved it! Flavorful food that didn’t feel heavy/oil filled. Filled us up without making us lethargic afterwards. I’m not usually a fan of black bean burgers but this one was so tasty and well seasoned. Also got tacos and they were great. 10/10 would recommend and love that they were fully plant based without sacrificing flavor.

Today, I fell in love with Jackfruit Tacos. It has the right amount of spice, with loads of flavor, and a hint of sweetness. At first bite, I knew it would be ingested quickly.
