Easily the worst establishmet I’ve ever been to. “Short staffed” it says on a sign in the drivethrough. Yet there are 7 workers inside the building? They walk around the lot asking every car “is this your order”. That isnt an efficient system whatsoever and nobody gets their food forever. Waited 45 minutes at the first in line window for an order of 3 drinks. Food is the worst as well from previous visits. Avoid at all costs.

After I wrote the This review you guys went out and actually did it thank you so much for pressure washing it smells beautiful and I don’t feel like you’re in danger anymore I really feel like you took the time and that it actually mattered to you about their safety I really appreciate what you guys did that! the place looks beautiful I will continue with Eating there at your beautiful sonic that smells so good now! Felt like your girls were in danger it was rainy on the day that I went and the poor girls were slipping and sliding all over the oil mixed with the rain that’s in the parking lot. You need to pressure wash the cement it looks dirty and nasty and it’s a danger to the girls that are trying to deliver the food. Also while you’re sitting there you can just smell the grease and the gasoline coming up from the cement. Was not the best experience.

Came to happy hr and everyone in front of me moved and left and eventually a while later I got called by mouth to move forward and girl told me speaker was not working and I looked back and was working for person behind me I told the girl that she said maybe it works for different people only. Closed the window and they started laughing then took a bit to finally get my order was very disappointing to see this.

All the food was cold … I ordered a quarter pound double cheeseburger… no way is this a 1/4 pound per patty! And it had onion on it even though not listed on the menu (I’m allergic.) … My husband’s sandwich came with the tomato he asked them to hold and about 13 pickles which he doesn’t care for even the 2 or 3 that normally come on it.

Just went by there took forever to get my order and they gave me the wrong order charge me more than they should have workers were going in and out of the store inside a truck they’ll get in the truck for a while and get out and go back to work I won’t ever ever go by that store again and I’ll be sure to let everybody else know not to go back there either

This might sound like an exaggeration, but it’s not. They have never gotten my order correct, and last time I went, I sat in the drive-through, for about 10 min without a response or acknowledgment or anything. It has to be the worst run sonic in the nation.
