I love Taco Bell, but this particular Taco Bell has some of the most expensive prices and smallest portions of any Taco Bell I’ve gone to in years. I was starting to think that Taco Bell overall was going downhill, but after going to the Taco Bell in Butte, and several in other states it’s definitely just this one.

waited for over an hour in the drive thru because it was the only pickup option. Wmployee was walking around smoking cigarettes for most of that time telling people they were short staffed. understandable if you were actually contributing to the workload instead of doing nothing. Then chips were simply thrown into bag, one taco only has sour cream and lettuce, girlfriends crunchwrap doesnt even have the meat on it?! This is supposed to be a first job for teenagers how do 3 grown men fail so badly at a simple fast food line. Wouldnt recommend.

To hungry travelers flying into Bozeman in the wee hours of the night, you may be tempted to live mas by the siren song of this illuminated beacon of late night cravings. Be warned, their tacos, quesadillas, and even cheesy roll ups are not the cornucopia of grilled meats and cheeses that one would expect. This Taco Bell leaves their goods so barren of filling, that their customers are left wandering hungry and unfulfilled into the dark Montana nights.

Bozeman mt by the mall. 1pm 4/29/23. The guy working the drive thru window didn’t say one word. Looked like he hated his job and they forgot me 5layer burrito. I love taco bell and have never had a problem with service or product. Will never visit this location again.

I stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick breakfast on my way through Bozeman to Boise Idaho At about 10 o’clock in the morning. I ordered a sausage breakfast crunchwrap. What I got out of the drive-through was mostly tortilla shell. There were hardly any ingredients on the inside of what I ordered.

Inferior and downright insulting “customer service”. When you ask for straws and sauce the employee hesitatingly says “sure” with an annoyed inflection and proceeds to swap your Oder with someone else’s just to spite you. I thought they were just putting the sauce and straws the bag but that’s when the swap was made. I know it was done on purpose cause we got the right drinks, and the receipt for the correct order was in the bag. Not a single thing in that bag was what I ordered, but when I noticed the line was 15 cars deep and the inside was closed for the night. This is pathetic for so many reason but the fact that these numb nuts can make up to 22 dollars an hour just to punk a customer who asked them to do their job is insane. This location is a joke. Stay classy Gallatin mall taco bell.
