As someone with a dairy allergy eating out can be a challenge. Recently ate lunch here and it was delicious! Had the Green Monster Quinoa bowl and a Citrus cupcake. The cupcake was amazing, one of the best – if not the best – dairy free treats I’ve ever had! My only wish is that I lived closer because I’d definitely be a regular!

I was shopping at the Toadstool Bookshop and suddenly felt very hungry. Chipotle is usually my safe bet as a vegan in the Keene area, but I decided to check out the cafe to see if they had any options that appealed to me. Long story short: I have never had a gut feeling so accurate in my life. The staff was extremely friendly and I was almost overwhelmed by the limitless options of menu items I wanted to try. I tried the BBQ Jackfruit Vegan Mac N’Cheese and I was absolutely blown away. If you’re in the Keene area, this place is the textbook definition of a “hidden gem.”

I’ve been a big fan of these folks for years. They are always coming up with new ways to please the pallet. The way they can turn almost anything on their menu to a vegan and/or gluten free dish is pure magic. I’ve had everything on their menu more than once and I’m never bored. Plusssss, the owners are super nice and Earth conscious.

I absolutely love The Farm Cafe in Keene. The owners, Amy and Skip, are amazing people who know how to make amazing vegetarian and vegan food. I highly recommend the Amy’s Quesadilla, which can be made vegan. I also highly recommend their poutine. The poutine is vegan and they only have it on special, if you have the chance, try it! You can check their weekly specials on their Facebook page or Instagram. The tropical fizz smoothie is also VERY good, it has pineapple kombucha in it and is one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had. I also recommend their sweet potato blondies and cinnamon chocolate chip cookies. Yum.

Amazingly wonderful. I was so surprised to find this place and then when I tasted the food it was so yummy with a pinch of unami and it’s VEGAN. I had buffalo cauliflower and the Cajun “burger”.
