Terra is very clever with her recipes to create healthy foods that taste good! Today I tried the oatless oatmeal and loved it! I’m looking forward to trying the whole breakfast and her snack mix. Finding clean, whole foods that are easy on your stomach can be hard. Terra makes eating healthy easy!

I have been doing the AIP going on 4 weeks now. I have lost 15 pounds, my legs are not swelling and my joints have stopped aching and I am breathing better. The food is really good and I don’t feel hungry during the day. I have tried all the “fad” diets and none have made me feel as good as I do now. The ” No oat oatmeal” is very good for breakfast or even lunch. You can even have a slice of bacon with some meals. Just try it.
