I got a day pass with friends when I was in town. The overall vibe was okay. The pool was dirty tho. So that was disappointing. It was cloudy and had a film on the water and I got there when they opened. I was charged automatic gratuity which I hate but my friends were which I didn’t understand. The food itself was great. It was cute for pictures as well. I didn’t want to be in the pool much with how dirty it felt.

Stayed at The Otis for a concert. Tried out the Rooftop Lounge late, so they had stopped serving bites, and we didn’t get to try the food menu. The waitstaff was super pleasant. I asked for a custom drink and it wasn’t very good but not bad either and I sipped on it. The view of the city was fun. The rooftop pool is right next to the lounge. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. The best views of Austin are to be found here!! It rests atop the hotel, you have to ask the concierge to give elevator access. The drinks are well priced for the area, the views are unparalleled. The pool closes at 9pm. I want to host a party here not even gonna lie lol did not get food so cannot give a grade for that. But the alcohol and views were top notch

Rooftop bar for the win! But to be blunt- you can can get drinks anywhere. You CANNOT get drinks with a view like this or world class service from Kelly and Emma if you go anywhere else. The service was top notch- indicative of 5 star resorts. Attentive, hand crafted, beautiful and delightful staff. Couldn’t be any happier!!!! I will be back for sure – ask Kelly if they have any house specials- she made me a wonderful cucumber ranch water that has changed my life. I am a new man

My bartender, Erika, was amazing and very attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the drink menu and helped me choose a drink based on my preference. The one complaint I have is that there are no misters or anything to keep the bartenders cool in the 105 degree weather. I hope this changes because I can’t imagine working as hard as Erika does in this heat.
