Did a carry out with a Big New Yorker pizza. Pizza was spot on to what I ordered. Counter person was friendly and showed me the pizza to confirm it was just what I ordered and asked if I needed anything else. She gets what customer service is…… usually don’t mention other places in my reviews, but Papa Johns in Coppell is maybe the worst pizza place I have every dealt with food wise and customer service wise. Will stick with this Pizza Hut from now on.

Order took over an hour to get here, 30 minutes past the estimated time. All the food is cold and rock hard, literally all of it. Called to get this straightened out and I couldn’t even get a hold of someone. Two calls, 10 minutes and 5 minutes being on hold by the automated machine and no one answered.

Very friendly staff. So happy I could get my late night craving of bread sticks! And they gave me extra marinara. Very good and speedy service. Will definitely be coming back! Wish I got the guy on registers name. He did a fantastic job. 🙂

Note to others: Order elsewhere if youre looking for correct orders and a hint of customer servoce. We ordered online. Order delivered quickly but order was wrong (person pizza was for couldn’t eat it due to allergies). Tried calling store, but no one would answer. Repeatedly. Will not be ordering from this store again due to non-existent customer service.
