Hard to get a customized coffee the way I want it at any McDonalds. When I ask for less sugar, how do I end up with extra sweet and a flavor? My gripe is they need to pay attention. Things like this happen almost every time I visit.

If you do Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub etc……it’s not their drivers that take forever. Every McDonald’s I’ve been in has the MOST SLOWEST EMPLOYEES EVER!!!!! I’ve waited 20+ minutes for literally 2 things inside while observing all the drivers waiting forever their deliveries. How can you people let the service get WORSE AND WORSE yet practically price gouge with your absurd menu prices?!?!?

The last 2 times I visited this site, the “burgers” were old and lukewarm. Each visit was around 6:30 pm. Would think everything would be fresh and hot. I blame poor management and inadequate training.

I went to this mc.Donald’s and I wanted to order lunch ,. But they was still on breakfast I had to wait 20.min for they start serving lunch so I didn’t order anything I just left. But it was clean and you have to do your orders my machine there not with the worker’s and if I wanted to order I’m guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I’m not going back there I really didn’t feel comfortable the other customers was looking at me like I didn’t belong there it’s was my first time and my last time and mc.donalds there food ain’t good tasting as it use to be .

This is my go-to McDonald’s when traveling back to New Jersey from Pennsylvania, via Route 1 North. Always quality food and beverages, as well as pleasant staff. Drive thru runs smoothly even during peak periods. Lots of parking on site to relax and enjoy the meal in the privacy of your vehicle…a pleasure!

The young lady working at the drive thru this afternoon was very nice and pleasant. As soon as I pulled up to the window I was welcomed with a big smile and just as cheerful Hello! I wish there was more people like her in all places of customer service. If I had the opportunity to I would say thank you again and keep up the positive attitude. It’s truly appreciated.
