I ordered the grilled chicken 1/2 poboy. Got a lot for the price. All though the bread was a little hard and the chicken was ok. My husband got the hamburger , and I tasted it. It was very good. If we had both got burgers, it would have been more stars. I hear there plate lunches or good. I never got one, so I can not rate it. So if going get the burger, it’s way better than any fast food burger. The service was fast, and so was the food.

Placed and order last week for two orders of 4 pc chicken strips. Paid $22.78 for the order. Came with fries and a drink. The chicken strips were the smallest I have ever seen. I ate each strip in 1 bite. I have been noticing restaurants downsizing on the portions but this was terrible. If you are going to make the portions smaller please go down on the price.

Went there this afternoon. The oilfield burger was excellent, the shrimp po-boy was scant but tasty, the potato salad was meh… and the fried pickle spears were absolutely delicious! Unfortunately they have limited hours so you have to arrive before 2pm. Totally local and would recommend and definitely will return.

The grilled shrimp po-boy was delicious. The bread it comes on is soooo good! It’s a rustic somewhat crusty chewy type of bread. The fried pickles are spears, they’re so juicy and are a perfect sour. I loved them! I did deduct a star because it wasn’t busy at the time of my visit and although the fries were fresh and really good they weren’t fresh out of the fryer molten lava hot like I expected them to be. The lemonade is some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be going back again, next time I’m trying a burger; my friend had one and she said it was superb.

This is my favorite lunch spot!! Their house salad is my favorite thing on the menu, however, their plate lunches are always amazing! If they have gumbo on the menu – GO GET YOU SOME!!!! Owners and staffs are amazing and personable!! I sorely miss working down the street and going every day!!

They always go above and beyond here. I came in and ordered lunch for me and some coworkers. I guess they thought it was taking longer then it should have and brought me a small thing of shrimp and okra gumbo. I’m not an okra fan but that gumbo might have changed my mind it was so good. #bestburgersintown
