Was always my go-to dunkin. They are always busy so I gave them slack on their customer service (can be very rude at times but I understand when it’s busy). The last straw was when I ordered food, I waited paitently for 10 min until I could get to someone to get my order. Apparently it was sitting way too long so I asked to remake my toast – they gave attitude and simple reheated it – I had avocado toast, the avocado is supposed to be cold while the toast is warm yet they toasted the entire thing and the avocado spread was hot – not how it is supposed to be. The fact they blamed me and did not redo my order despite me being so understanding and patient and the fact it was their fault for not calling my order when it was first done just turned me off – so I will never again go here. I will go to another dunkin establishment.

Been going here on and off for years. Sometimes everything is perfect. Usually not. Today I got an egg and cheese wake up wrap that wasn’t folded, looked like a pizza. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with butter, which is what the paper on my bag says, but got a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese… you try and call but their number is disconnected. Ridiculous

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The customer service is horrible. They don’t listen to orders at all. I asked for a Medium iced coffee with Carmel swirl. They gave me salted Carmel instead and the taste just wasn’t good. I swung back around in the drive thru and told them I what I asked for. They made another iced coffee the same exact way with the salted Carmel syrup. I told him no just the regular Carmel swirl is what I asked for. The man was mad and made it again, this time not enough cream but whatever I drove off, began to sip the coffee and looked at the cup to see a darn strand of BLACK HAIR! I didn’t go back because I would’ve honestly thrown the coffee in someone’s face. I will be responding them to the health department and calling whoever is the franchise owner. The worse location around.

Waited in the drive thru for well over 20 minutes while the staff was arguing amongst themselves in front of me. They also kept calling me “sir” and “that guy” when I am very clearly a woman. Will give them props for throwing in extra donuts.
