While working in town, I visited this spot for lunch. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you get inside its pretty spacious. The colors and decor gave the venue a very festive vibe which was pretty cool. You will feel like you’re stepping into an actual food spot in mexico. Their menu is very large and you should be prepared to have space in your stomach, because they pack their plates. I had the chicken guarache which was every bit of delicious. The customer service here is really good and i honestly feel like you get your money’s worth when you eat here.

I love the food here. The menu is large with many meats and vegetables. There is plenty of seating, friendly service and ice cream too. The salsa and cilantro and limes are self serve for those dining in the restaurant. There isn’t table service you just order at counter. We ordered a torta and tacos. It’s family and local owned and the recipes seem like home cooking , the tortillas fresh homemade. It’s right off highway on a main street so easy to find lots of parking. This place a definite must stop for me in Pelican Rapids.

Best true Mexican place in Pelican Rapids. If you like traditional Mexican food, I do recommend stopping by. I love alot of things but my main go to is the gurrache with steak asada. And extra caso to top it off. Your order is don’t shortly after you worder it. Staff is bi lingual so thats also a plus. Again I highly recommend to anyone in the area or just passing thru!

My wife and I ate here for the first time last night and it was delicious I highly recommend this place, it’s a small build but the service was crazy fast, we ordered and paid, sat down at a table and bam or food was ready! and the food portions are huge! The quality of food and great service will keep me coming back !
