It’s been about 5-6 years since I’ve been to a Hardee’s and they still can’t cook food on site. The burgers are cooked somewhere on the west coast and shipped to stores on the east coast, where they are microwaved and served.

This has been the third time I stopped at this Hardee’s & ordered food here. The service has gone down hill soooo bad that today is my last day for a long time. The food gets cold,my order are never right,& their personal lives is not what a consumer wants to hear while waiting on their order that they can’t get right. To much B.S. goes on behind the counter in front of customers, we work hard for our pay, we want good quality food that we pay for.

The food was dry and overcooked. It seemed like the chicken had been refried to warm it up. The burgers were tasteless. Overall, the food was expensive even if it had been good. The service was slow, and the tables weren’t clean.

Burgers are not hot. Not even warm. French fries was very and fresh. Sweet tea was like water and sugar. Very little tea. Dirty place. Been going to Hardee’s here in Spruce Pine, NC. since 1980. It’s a shame that it has been this way since COVID-19. This is down rt lazy…… WOW
