If it is your first time, take your time before moving forward in the line and also just look at the food before you order. The staff wasn’t very helpful, because I had no idea how this work and it kind of felt like we were an inconvenience to them.

The food was not good! I came because I didn’t feel like cooking Sunday dinner. I thought I was going to be able to go here as my go to when I didn’t feel like cooking. Although it was not very busy, it took 25 mins for us to get our food. My hubby ordered turkey chops and it was listed as ready to go. Needless to say, it ended up being a cook to order dish. The collards were very salty full of turkey neck meat. The dressing was over seasoned and the gravy tasted like paste. The mac and cheese was very watery. Although it was very cheesy, it had no taste. I don’t usually give reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience. Sixty dollars down the drain. I left and went the store and got my items to cook my own food! This was my first and last time visiting here. Punch, soda and water are all the same price, $2.99.

We are being really generous by giving two stars because my blood pressure will not go up from eating the food. But!!!!!, this was not good soul food. This was food made with no effort or love. We ordered the turkey wing plate (potato salad and green beans) and blackened catfish (collards and Mac’n cheese), cookie and creme cake and peach cobbler.

If you’re looking for some southern cooking this place will satisfy that craving, Customer service was pleasant, atmosphere gives off a old school Motown vibe. I personally give the food a 7 out of 10, but the cornbread is a solid 10. My guest originally ordered the ribs tips but was disappointed because the ribs gave off a bake taste not grilled or smoked taste but he enjoyed the fried chicken..

Yesterday, I was in the area and my friend and I decided to carry out because we wanted soul food on Sunday before taking our boat out. The restaurant had no ambiance at all. We were greeted by being yelled at by a Ms Tasty or the mean loud lady working the steam table to the left. As we were deciding what we wanted she appeared agitated that we could not decide in her timing. However, she was not aware that we were hesitant because from our view of the steam table the meatloaf appeared to be burnt and the greens looked dry, scarce and scorched from being on the steam table too long.

The food was delicious and plentiful. A little pricey but doable. The female taking the order had a bit of an attitude which caused me to not order all that I wanted but that’s OK.

This place is OVER priced for food that is completely awful. I mean the meatloaf must have been sitting out all day. I have never seen corn bread wet and mushy serviced to a customers. The Peach cobbler looked so picked over I did not even purchase. This was my first time there and I will never return. The staff was friendly but the food ain’t it- yuck . Ain’t no way they passed health department inspections with that old food in them aluminum pans. They spend more money on advertising than paying their employees to prepare, cook, and serve quality food. Don’t know how they are open with food this awful. Definitely false advertisement on the meals.

Paid a nice and worthy price for the food but does not come with complimentary water…have to buy it. Also, in- house dining comes with plastic folks of which I was not able to cut fried pork chops with…had to eat with hands. (Done this before.) Customer service was very good.

Wanted to have some peach cobbler while in Georgia. Picked a place with ‘Peach Cobbler’ in the name. Paid $12!! Got a small plastic container with their version of peach cobbler in it and a mini cup of school lunch style prepacked ‘ice cream’. (posted a photo next to my hand for size comparison). I was also given a small empty take away container and excitedly told I could put it all together myself. What? To make it worse, their peach cobbler was not good, only made worse by the cheap prepacked mini cup of ice cream. So disappointing.
