First time at Sushi Republic for dinner with family and was not disappointed. This restaurant is true to it’s ratings. The decor is typical Japanese but the signed mural on the wall was awesome for someone that appreciate good art. Service was prompt and attentive and the food was tasty. On top of that, the chefs here really took upon themselves to make it a presentation as well. The ingredients used were a little above expectations and thus more then justify the fair prices at Sushi Republic. Will definitely return for more positive experience.

Very AWESOME place. Very authentic taste of Japan. A must try. Don’t bother trying the rolls. Rolls are the same everywhere. The sashimi is AMAZING!!! Will definitely be back next time I am in Miami.

came for the first time everything seemed fine and the waiter was nice, I didn’t like the fact that the salmon was all raw, then it was even better when I saw that all the guys make sushi without gloves and then they pass it to the cleaner who deals with dirty dishes, and he takes this sushi dirty with his bare hands and smooths it beautifully on the plates and passes it to the waiter, then he takes it without gloves and kneads the batter for hot sushi with his hands, it was just a nightmare, to which we refused the order and told why, but the manager did not even apologize and was not surprised, I do not advise it a place to walk for a week with abdominal pain
