Had the Cheeseburger and Fries, Burger was good as were the Fries no Complaints. The Peanuts were a surprise that was not expected but were definitely enjoyed. We will be back again to eat in future.

There were six people working yet only one person in the front of the store. The other five guys (pun intended) were in the back goofing around as evidenced by the loud screech of young voices. To my dismay, that group included a manager. As a manager myself, I can tell you that this person was fit for anything but that role. A methodone clinic perhaps. That said I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but got a junior and didn’t notice until I got home. Obviously it was a mistake but one that could have easily been prevented if things were taken seriously there.

Five guys if generally a five star place for me. Great burgers, great hot dogs.. Amazing fries. Stopped here for lunch and after we ordered, I heard the cashier repeat what we needed to the guys in the back wrong.. Specifically the amount of patties..I tried explaining that to her.. She told me to check the receipt..I told her she rang it right, just shouted it out to the guys at the grill wrong and told her what she yelled and she just looked at me like a deer looking at head lights.. Ended up waiting 15 minutes longer than usual while hearing five orders after us get their stuff so it was obvious her mistake delayed our order. Other than the delay, great place.

Came in and ordered over $50 worth of food & only one burger was correct. Very disappointing as this is the second time in a row more than half my order was incorrect despite the cashier taking it correctly.

This was my first visit to Five Guys – I’ve been wanting to try it. The cashier gave me too little change, then with 3 people trying to fix it they gave me too much. I had to do the math for them. I asked for mushrooms on my burger but didn’t get any. At 2:30 in the afternoon there were very few customers, but there wasn’t a clean table in the whole place. I was there half an hour and nobody came out to clean them. The floor was dirty too. My cup of fries was placed on its side in my bag, so there were more loose fries in the bag than there were in the cup.
