We happened on to this cafe en route to Colorado Springs and couldn’t have found a better place to stop. The server was amazing-friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious and hot. The owner came out to check on us several times to see if we needed anything and talked with us at length. They served us a sample of his pork chili that was so good we bought a quart to go. A real gem of a diner!

It was a super good place to eat. The food was great. The people there were super caring and kind. I enjoyed the Fried Pickles, Rocky Mountain Oysters, and Sausage/ Pepperoni Pizza.

Grew up in Ellicott and my parents regularly drove us out to the Rush Cafe for dinner and I have many fond memories of the place. It’s probably been over a decade since I have been and since I was in town visiting family thought I’d drive out. I was very happy I did! The food was fantastic and so was the service. The green chili is excellent and I took a quart to go. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in town visiting. Thanks for keeping the cafe open!

Worth the trip to Rush! The food is delicious and the service very friendly. The chef came out and chatted us up, very friendly and a master of his craft. He also ran some piping hot pizzas over to the local food pantry. Holly was a great server. Overall, very impressed and I highly recommend

We are from Kansas City, Missouri. On our way home, we noticed this place. After looking at their menu, we were sold. We stopped in and it was the BEST. The conversation and laughter was great, the service was super friendly, and the food AMAZING. I highly recommend stopping in. The Reuben was TERRIFIC!!!
