Food was decent, just out of some toppings that would have made my Quesorito a bit better. The guy that served us was excellent, loved his spirit and enthusiasm. Restaurant was clean and fairly empty when we got there, so there were plenty of options for seating. I did not take photos because I was hangry!

I AM So sadd. I have been coming to this Slasrita for years since I moved to Ballantyne. I go a Lil more often then I should almost three times a week sometimes. Well every since Juan a newer store employee has got there I have been constantly discriminated against. I really would love to know why? Is because of my skin color or that I’m a female? But I am always over charged. We got two kids chicken nachos. I was charged for two beef which is more, and a 4oz question which we didn’t even receive. I guess it’s a female African American tax for coming and eating there. Don’t worry Juan I won’t be back. You made it clear my business was not appreciated or welcomed today. After 5 years of loyalty I will never return

Terrible customer service skills. She snapped at me when I reached to point THROUGH the glass to ask a question, and she snapped aggressively, “do not reach over the glass!” that sign is posted, the message is clear. Her delivery of that request however was incredibly rude. I walked out shortly after, hopefully someone can help her learn how to speak to guests in the store because that was uncalled for.

It’s another restaurant trying to be a Chipotle. Very average food. You aren’t going to find anything unique here and the quality is standard but certainly not amazing. Price point is in line with the food.

Owner is very nasty guy. Had the displeasure of hearing racial epithets hurled at me for complaining that the service is bad and his family members were inconsiderate and obstructive to customers comfort. I NEVER RETURNED. He told me call 800 who gives and much nastier remarks and threatened to call police. That is always the racist 2nd card pulled.

The food is disappointing, dry, and not very flavorful. I’ve given them a few chances and they’re consistently mediocre quality. One of the employees touched their face/mask with their gloves on and then continued touching customers food without changing their gloves or washing their hands.
