Every time I go here something goes wrong with my order. My friend and I went there the other day. We ordered a buttery jack combo and a jumbo sausage breakfast platter. Instead of a buttery jack we received a chicken sandwich and we weren’t given any syrup, straws, or utensils. In the past I went there and they just straight up forgot an entire burger that I ordered. This has happened multiple times. I don’t think I’ve ever gone to this location and received gotten everything I ordered correctly.

I was the only car there, it’s 615 in the morning and after I pay I have to pull into the parking lot…why? It’s an inconvenience to leave from the parking lot as opposed to the drive thru line….when I got my food the sandwich ended up being the wrong one and the hashbrown was cold and greasy. If your gonna inconvenience me so it looks like your fast at the drive thru, at least give correct hot food.

I have not had one good, hot item since going there. I tried it two times and both times the food was either too cooked, old and cold or way too greasy. Today I was given drinks without ice and told they are out of ice…. The drink tasted like 15 flavors of soda. They need to really clean their fountains nozzle. I should not taste Root Beer when I asked for a Coke. My cashier was nice but our food has never been worth the money spent.

When I got to the window I had a bit of a wait (nbd, that happens) but when she got to the window she rudely asked what I was there for. I answered my food and THEN she asked me for my name. After giving me my food she very rudely and sarcastically said “We have a lot of mobile orders, thanks for the patience” then slammed the window.
