It says your online order is ready but it’s not. I waited an hr on Sunday. Was told 5 more minutes and that was almost 30. They just never seem to know what they are doing as this Is a common experience and not to mention they have gone up a lot on a basic pizza so from now we will just pay a little more and get faster service since we also order from Dominoes and papa.johns and they were done 20 minutes before we ever got the ones from this location.

Went ahead and ordered 4 large pizzas. 3 pretzel crusts with pepperoni and 1 meat trio. Website said it would be ready in about 25mins. I arrived a little late about 30 minutes and the food was ready and very fresh. The pizzas are cooked great and taste great, the building is not for dining in just order pickup and go. Quick service and great food.

They were super understaffed and so undertrained that they didn’t know how to process orders through the app. I went in to pick up my pizza at the designated time, and they started making it after I came in to get it because they didn’t know anything about my order. They also still have older advertisements from when it was a flat 5 dollars for a hot and ready when the base price is now 6.79, so potentially there is a false advertising/bait and switch issue at this location. Also, everything in the business looked like it would be sticky if I touched it as it was covered in dirt and grime all over, so I didn’t bother using the provided seating.

I only give it a one star, because I had too… positives! The pizza and wings and Italian cheese bread are good, however, the workers that are working. There is only two people working, and one guy is on the phone talking, and the lady making pizzas, she’s minding her business making pizzas and also answering phones as well… all the while cussing while making them. , I HAD A MOBILE order, that was suppose to be ready at 1:00pm.. which means they make it and put it in the pizza portal, but nah. They decide to make the whole order, when I come in and tell them my name.. smdh I just do not understand, and when you ask for ranch, or Parmesan, the dude acts like it kills him to have to ring up the extra sauces to go with a large order… I am not understanding why things are taking so very long, and why they are in this business if they do not want to be here….. What happen to people and their customer service! Ugh!

I placed an order online at 12:40pm this afternoon for a 3 meat deep dish pizza. I arrived at the store after receiving not one but TWO emails informing me my pizza was ready. When I arrived at 1:08pm, I was informed by the worker currently at the register that my pizza had in fact not been made yet. As someone who works in retail customer service, I understand the frustrations of having to work short staffed in a high stress environment. I had no problem waiting additional time since I could see they were working full speed with the few people they had. However, the lack of communication and the lack of a desire to assist anyone who walks into the establishment was the worst I’ve seen in a while. I heard the cashier inform them about making a 3 meat deep dish. This was around 1:15pm. I waited an additional 30 MINUTES and finally once again approached the cash register to ask about my order. I was once again informed that my pizza NEVER GOT MADE. So not only did I waste my ENTIRE lunch hour, I left with no pizza (which was also for fellow co-workers). I kindly requested a refund and left.

Like WTH is this?? Our mistake was not to check the pizza while we were there but we were in a hurry. It was kinda hard & it was not cut at all. It just had lines on top and we had bought 3 and all of them looked same. We live in Antioch & we didn’t want to drive back.
