Do not come here expecting fancy decor or food. Come to eat old fashioned, home cooking! My family loves to come here, grab a table and have conversation with the lovely staff. Food is always hot, flavorful & a decent portion. Fries are good, roast beef, chicken, soups are homemade & the iced tea is fresh brewed! Oh, pies & cakes are homemade as well!

A nice local restaurant serving typical diner style food. The waitress was very nice and attentive and the meal came out quickly. The omelette was good and cooked to order. My only complaint is that my wife’s order of cream chipped beef came out cold and while the waitress apologized for this happening they did nothing to actually serve her a breakfast that was warm!

Beth, Nikki, Dee and Bonnie are a team that can’t be beat. Service is impeccable, food is outstanding and the overall down home family experience can’t be had anywhere else. My wife ordered an open faced roast beef, it was so freezer burned it looked like turkey. I ordered the fried chicken, it was cooked well but very salty. The servers were very nice. We will not go out of our way to revisit this establishment.

First visit there we have drove past numerous times. I got the crab cake platter. First go around the crab cakes were very mushy inside and way over cooked on the outside. Second go around even more over cooked on the outside to the point of being crispy slight burnt. Inside was less mushy but still not great. Green beans were good. We were put in the very back corner of the restaurant next to an exit door we had flies that kept buzzing around. The bathroom also had at least 2 flies buzzing around. Upon leaving there was a piece of food on the floor covered in ants. Nobody bothered to pick this up. I would say my visit was less than stellar not sure if I would consider going back.

Stopped in on my way through for breakfast. It was really good. I got the meat lovers omlett and it did not disappoint. Was nice and big and no doubt there it was loaded with meats and nice cheese as well. They didn’t seem to busy, the service was was quick and pleasant. I would certainly reccomend this place and would stop by again if I was in the area.

Small town, cozy restaurant with friendly staff and good food. Only had to wait two minutes for food. Sunday special was turkey and it was moist and delicious. It was hard to tell if potatoes were box or homemade but applesauce was delicious. Rolls were store bought and no 100% butter to come with it. Fries appeared frozen and had a strange taste.

Great stop for lunch just up the road from The Crystal Grotto Caves and Antietam. The Keedysville Burger was topped with Cole slaw and fried onions for the win. The Reuben was grand as well, but the star of the show was our warm and welcoming waitress.

Had a small family get together and probably outlasted our welcome but you would never know. We were well taken care of by excellent staff. Have ALWAYS enjoyed the homestyle food and country decor. Was immediately greeted upon arrival and seated. Feels like home. Please dont ever change.♥️
