Food constantly either is wrong or cold, they smoke in the break room and my grandmother has a sensitive sense of smell so can never go inside, and they keep their minor employees past the time they’re legally allowed to and intimidate them into staying. Hell I remember when my ex worked there and his coworker got hurt on the job and they tried to tell him he couldn’t leave. Luckily that person stood up for themselves. I heard the people who own this one may also own the one in Oxford which is even worse than this one. You’re better off to skip these two locations at least if you’re craving McDonald’s.

At drive-up, I place order for 2 #2’s with medium coffees instead of small. Asked for coffee preferences. Told her 2 sugars in one, 2 sugars and 3 creams in other. She repeats correctly. Pull up, pay, pull up. Gives me coffees which is 1 sm. & 1 med. We get that fixed. No labels. Which is which? They’re both black! Manager overhears and says he’ll bag up cream & sugar and bring it out with food. Pull up & park. Bag of food is delivered without promised cream and sugar. Go inside, yell a little, manager scrambles, get the stuff, still no stirs. I forgive him, but they have to get their act together.

My husband comes here at least twice a week, our kids love the happy meals. The drive – thru associates are fast and friendly. Unfortunately, when he gets home, some food is missing. This has happens almost every time. One time we were missing an order of fries, the next it was nuggets. We still come here, because it’s close by, I just wish we got what we paid for.

Bunch of nothing but IDIOTS. I told them no pickles and all 4 burgers had pickles. It even says right on the wrapper label no pickles. No wonder the IDIOTS are flipping burgers they sure cannot read!

This was probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was top notch with a clean dining area. The restaurant in itself was huge. There was a play place for the children and in the same area is a dining area to sit in. On the outside they have tables as well. There are 2 drive thrus which I didn’t go through but I’m sure they would’ve been fast. The service inside was quick. I ate inside and almost felt I was at a regular restaurant. The staff was friendly along with the fact that they serving everyone at such a rapid pace. The atmosphere was highly exceptional for a McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. I enjoyed my time eating here and would go back again if I’m in the area.
