How is it that in the richest county in the entire United States you have one of the worst McDonald’s? Customer service is great but the outside looks like very old not painted not representative of our area. And the inside is not clean.. registers, doors bathrooms are very icky. See photos.

I have ordered food from this location many times. The food and service has taken a dramatic plunge. Got 2 QP/cheese tonight drive through add max sauce. No Mac sauce on 1 even though both tickets were identical. Burgers are dry and are definitely old/precooked. I called….There is no manager on. Nobody there to check food out for quality or anything. Tasted old, dry, and just not McDonald’s.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo meal with everything on it and got a spicy chicken sandwich with only 2 little pickles on one side and a little sauce. Call them and they expect me to waste gas and time to drive it back out there. Normally I would check my order( knowing I shouldn’t have too), but there were people in the drive through behind me. Every time I go to that McDonald’s, they mess up something from my order. I call them, and they couldn’t understand a word I was saying. Not wasting my time going back out there to get it correct, nor will I I get food there in the future. You would figure that they would send the correct food to you, since door dash exists. But nope, they expect customers to waste gas and time, due to their own mistake. Absolute disappointment. Come on corporate, do something here.

Hate is too strong a word, because it’s a franchise owners and managers can sometimes cut corners, first off, you can tell my fries were baked some how, definite can tell that the fries were reheated somehow. I guess nowadays they let anybody be a franchisee bad experience all the way around last time I was here was like a year ago and pretty much the same thing 95% of the reviews on this place are negative. Corporate should really come down on this owner.

This is my local McDonald’s location. Over the past few years I’ve noticed a decline in service at this location. 2022 and so far in 2023 I’ve experienced rude customer service and received the wrong order on multiple occasions. I go here for my children’s happy meals and occasionally for myself and I speak from experience that this has become the worse location in and around a 15 mile radius. The staff here in the morning and early afternoon ours are worse than at night. They are unorganized and every time I go to the window to receive the meals I’ve ordered they always ask me, what is your order? They have screens with food order displays in the order they receive in the drive thru and still get it wrong. When you ask for dipping sauce let’s say you ask for hot mustard they give you honey mustard or sweet and sour sauce. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit to this location.

May 5, 2023 update. Food is now even worse. My double cheese burger had bread so stale and burnt. I asked the manager for a fresh pie and he told me he would check, found one, and it was so dried out and burnt, it was cooked to the bottom of the box. Could not chew the bread. In my opinion, this is the only McDonalds in my life where they are so cheap, the recycle food not sold in allowed time frame, only to resale it. I am calling Corporate. It should be investigated by the Health Department. Employees are always nice. But the managing owner is either blind or this their store’s policy….I really don’t know where it is broken. But in my experience, again….my own opinion, please have corporate visit this store and find out on their own.

Filthy, your shoes will stick to every section of the floor. Flies everywhere. Slow service, terrible tasting food. Kids nuggets had dark specks all over them from old dirty oil. Rock hard hamburger buns.

Very bad customer service. We went through the drive thru first and both didn’t work, either that or they just didn’t want to take our order because we heard nothing. We went inside to order and the man taking our order, who you can see in the photo, was very rude to my friend. My friend tried to show him a coupon he had for a birthday pastry (because not surprisingly the kiosk do not work either) and he angrily told him to not “shove it up his face”, mind you my friend didn’t put his phone anywhere near this man’s face. The counters were a complete mess with trash in display. They yelled our order number when they didn’t even give us our receipt to know the it. Overall very bad experience please don’t come here.
