We’ve come here in the evening and everything’s been great. However this morning that was not the case. I’m not sure who was working this morning but the older woman was so rude. My husband and I have never been in the morning so we did have some questions. The girl who took our order was nice but we could hear the older woman mouthing off in the background but we didn’t say anything. After we ordered and pulled up to the first window there wasn’t anyone there so we figured we were supposed to go to the second window. When we got to the second window the older woman started yelling at us from the first window to come back. Once we got there we apologized and said we didn’t see anyone there so that’s why we had pulled forward and she said “well yeah because I hadn’t gotten here yet” very rudely. We will gladly take our business elsewhere since your employees clearly don’t know how to talk to customers.

Whopper Wednesday! $3 whopper when using the BK app. Tried to get one last week and the 3 locations closest to me said mobile ordering was unavailable. So I went to In-And Out. Burger here at BK was good. Exactly as I ordered. Skipped the .60 slice of cheese that costs them less than .10.

Literally the worse customer service. We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Patiently. We did not get angry until they helped the person who pulled into the other lane was helped immediately. I went in and asked for a refund. Because obviously I did not want them making my food- couldn’t take my order in a timely manner- no way was I getting food that wasn’t cold. Instead of saying your mobile order was online, you have to get your refund online the manager started being rude. Then he decided to bring the drive thru worker into the conversation who started yelling at me. I put my hand up and told her I was not speaking to her because she started yelling at me. Instead of simply explaining I had to get my order online, they were some of the rudest people. I understand they were short staffed. Which is why I sat in line for 20 minutes. But when they flat out ignore people and are rude it’s unacceptable. If you are that understaffed pay your employees better and give them a reason to stay! I only got mad and raised my voice when the manager refused to answer my questions, kept talking over me, and brought the drive thru employee over to yell at me. I’m usually very understanding of employees in customer service. But this was beyond acceptable. There are several better ways they can handle a situation where they are understaffed and this is not it!!!

I was so glad to see Burger King come to Azle. Finally another burger joint other than McDonald’s and Whataburger. There is no question if you come to Burger King you have to get a Whopper. If you’re really hungry, definitely get the Double Whopper. On this day, my food was very hot. And cook to order the entire staff was pleasant to deal with and I love how easy it is to get in and out of this location.

I’ve tried this place so many times. Given it so many chances. And I have yet to have a good experience. If my order isn’t wrong or cold or made of rubber (yes, I couldn’t even chew my chicken sandwich), then my soda is out of syrup and all carbonation. Employees are pushy and rude, and god forbid they put ANY napkins in the bag. I think I’m done.
