Just went through the drivethru to ask for low ice and be corrected that it’s easy ice, got my food and went home. Noticed once I got home that there was something on the lid, but inside. It was a bug, and ruined the meal for me.

Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and a cup of beans… only 2 other people inside to eat and nobody in the drive thru. Waited over 10 mins to get food. Tacos didn’t even have half a spoonful of meat in them AND the food was cold! 6 employees working and 2 of them were at the register just talking and eating. Dining area dirty as can be, we had to wipe down our own table just to be able to find a place to sit. Sadly this isn’t just a “off day” for this place. It’s absolutely terrible and the attitude of the employees isn’t much better. They “re made” the tacos and threw them on the counter and the replacement ones were cold as well and barely had anymore meat than the first 3.

Food was what you would normally expect from Bueno. Service was horrible though. Took them forever just to take my order, than when it came time to pay, they took my card handed me my food and left me there sitting (I was waiting to get ny card back). So they open the window again and start to hand me the next person’s order. When I refuse to take it and tell then I am waiting for my debit card back they get all huffy. They show me ny debit card as if I am supposed to identify it and have to argue with her that it is my card and I want it back.

What a disappointment! I hadn’t been to a Taco Bueno in years and wanted something different, so I decided to give it a try again. I ordered the Muchos Nachos through the drive through. The chips were so stale I could not chew them up. Thankfully, I had some chips at home, so I was at least able to salvage the meat and cheese. I will not be back.

My mom placed a grubhub pick up. The order was messed up so she drove back to taco bueno to get it fixed. While inside she tried explaining what happened but the guy inside kept saying “someone already picked it up” without understand she was coming in to get her order fixed. My mom proceeds to tell him she’ll be going to corporate and wants his name. He refused to give his name and said “if you don’t leave I’m calling the police” very unprofessional. Working in food is not your strong suit if you can’t listen to your customers and fix your mistake. No one caught any attitudes until the man kept yelling at my mother “the order was already picked up” yes it was but we came back because they messed up the order and we wanted it fixed. The food wasn’t touched we even brought it back in. Never coming back here again.

I ordered 2 bean burritos and they literally gave me just a bean burrito. I didn’t think I would have to specify I wanted cheese since the menu says it comes with it. If anything I would have to specify I don’t want cheese. Something this simple shouldn’t have been messed up.

Since toni has been the manager this place is doing much better!!! I ordered cheese cake chimis with my meal she told me they were not ready but she went above and beyond to get them out of the freezer and cook them for my order.
