Ate here three times last week. Friendly staff, could use a few more parking spots. The bacon was good, but the Sausage patty was really good. Ham was a decent size and nicely grilled. Pancakes are nice and fluffy, but I feel the French toast is better. Definitely spend the extra dollar for the Vermont maple syrup.

Tim’s is iconic. Located in the heart of St. Albans City VT is a place you can go to get an awesome meal, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The parking lot is usually full and there’s a reason: hot homemade food that’s delish! Have yourself a Bloody Mary or a 14th Star Breakfast Stout ale. The service and Wings, burgers, salads, pizza, sandwiches, entrees, all are excellent and a great price!

If you’re EVER passing through St. Albans ity, Vermont this place is a MUST! Right off the highway, easy to spot off the road. Drive up parking with lots of spaces. You’re greeted by Pleasant smiles the INSTANT you walk in* Quickly seated. Quaint cozy diner vibe. Menu has plant plenty of tasty options-breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner it’s ALL available to you* We were taken care of by Heidi and she was fantastic! Food was delicious and portions were really greatly sized! It’s only right that you make a pitstop here!

Well the atmosphere is there is no atmosphere . I’m amazed at the reviews of this place . I’ve been to many diners and simple places for Breakfast. Thus place is very average at best. The hash browns were hard, obviously undercooked. The waffle was clear burnt but edible There were no creamers st the table, coffee was cold by the time I received the creamers. The 4 breakfasts ordered came out within @ 4 minutes, not the same time. The coffee was good and the bacon and toast was good. The omelet was a little overcooked, the veggies in my egg scramble were just warmed up ,not cooked more than a minute. Average at best.

I ended up getting a toast and homefries because I don’t eat eggs. The food was good and priced well. It’s a very small place which makes it feel a little crowded. But the service was good

Decided to try out Tim’s place for dinner. The burger with beer battered fries was amazing. I would easily say best in town. Wife had manicotti. She said it was great as well. Portions were perfect not much not too little. Everything was fresh, hot and had great flavor.

As usual, a short wait but great service and wonderful food. We both had the sausage gravy and eggs over easy. The gravy is light, tasty and loaded with sausage. Does not taste salty. And again, great service. Thanks for another good visit.

Had lunch with my parents. It was a nice local place with basic American cuisine. They serve alcohol. I had a club sandwich, my parents had a cheeseburger and chicken fingers. It was all great! Had the cheesecake for desert. 10/10 .

I give a one star because the family went here for Mother’s Day dinner and the blond lady working was very rude. First off, she can not deny a support animal and she made rude comments about my dog in front of a crowded place. My dog is very well behaved and you wouldn’t even know she was with me. I will be calling the ADA and my family will not go here again!! The one lady said if the owner was there he would not let my dog in. You can not refuse a support dog or service dog!
