I am a big fan of ceviche , been to Peru twice. Someone told m e about LA PERLA BOCA , so I tried it. I ordered the CEVICHE MIXTO CORVINA, pieces of Corvina and seafood including shrimp and squid covered with their supposedly famous “Leche de Tigre”, the base of their ceviches, a concentrate of flavors from lemon, garlic, spices, concentrated fish juice and a secret of the house, Peruvian onions, Limo chili and pinches of coriander.
