Food was good as normal, but prices on the board and online do not match what we were charged. A Philly cheese steak on the board is listed as $8.65, but we were charged 8.99, kids menu is labeled as 8.39, we were charged $9.39. It was also listed as $5.99 to make a combo and we were charged $6.55.

This is a fresh specialty sandwich shop. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I ordered the Chipotle cheese steak sandwich with mushrooms that an employee recommended to me. It was delicious. My wife had a BLT and loved it. French fries were homemade and delicious. Iced tea was top notch. Overall I had a better experience here at Sax than I did at McAlisters. I will recommend this place to friends.

We’re vegetarians that live right next to Sax and have enjoyed their black bean patties a lot. However, we’ve had our issues with Sax. Things like they’ve forgotten to give us items on our deliveries and given us the meat patties by mistake. Every issue we’ve had with them they willingly fixed.

This was my first time here. The food was fantastic and the service was fast. A burger, fries, and a drink will run you around $10. Make sure you only get a small fry if it is only one person because they give you a lot. My only complaint is that I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and they gave me a buffalo chicken sandwich but it looked so good I ate it anyway and didn’t regret it.

We love this local treasure. They are in a unique building and have an expansive menu for everyone. The fries are amazing and hot every time we go. Their sandwiches are made to order and come out piping hot. They have a small kids menu, but our daughter never turns down the fries and loves the grilled cheese. They also serve salads and soups. Most sandwiches can be made into wraps. Try this place if you are visiting the cities around Nashville or are a local and want a yummy deli/grill to take your family.

Ordered the racheal and for almost $10 I got ripped off. Hardly any meat on the sandwich. Ordered the chili but nowhere was there an option to order a heat level. This chili is to spicy to even eat. Not worth the money you waste here. Go to arbys and get you a $5 reuben and it has 3 times the meat.

I had the hot brown Panini. Turkey, tomatoes, bacon and cheese spread served hot. It was good. It gets busy during lunch so there may be a line for ordering, but the food comes quickly so don’t be discouraged. There’s lots to choose from. They have vegetarian and kids options. Plenty of parking. The fries are good, but there are a lot of small ones so I suggest getting a fork for them.
