Order was correct, employees were polite. But most of them were standing around. I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 cups of vanilla with sprinkles. I’m in the car myself and I got 4 items with no lids, no bag or a carrier. Like you go to any fast food restaurant, they don’t hand your food out piece by piece. I’m not sure if the “new management” is being cheap or the young employees don’t care. Again will probably steer clear of this place

Stopped for a quick bite off the highway – ended up here for an hour. Food took forever, then we got the wrong meal but rather than let us eat it like we said we would they took it back and took forever again to make a new one. The restaurant has big puddles and towels everywhere. If you’re looking for a quick stop, I suggest you keep driving to one of the other fast food stops along the road.

The kids working there were very friendly and personable. One of them came outside where we were eating and gave our dog a biscuit! Above and beyond the norm. We had a nice conversation and then we left!

Worst service I have had in fast food ever. I’ve never actually had to complain about something so simple. They printed 3 different orders for 72 and messed mine and 3 others. We waited 20 minutes for the food that was messed up for all three of us. I actually never even got my real meal I got a completely different burger than I ordered and it was unappetizing. And I got a handful of fries and 3 nuggets when it wasn’t my order. Overall terrible experience wouldn’t go back here ever again don’t recommend it.

This place is disgusting. Table are not cleaned, the coolers are leaking all over the floor, ice machine just throws ice without anyone around it. No napkins anyway available. They leave your ice cream to melt before giving it to you. Just don’t understand how this place is only like 4 years old and its a dump. The walls are banged up too. The owner should be ashamed.

DQ grill and chill has a good choice of burgers hotdogs and chicken sandwiches along with all the other good DQ items. Restaurant clean as was the bathroom. Great friendly guy who took our order about 530pm today..not sure what his name was. Food brought to your table in a timely manner. Restaurant is off 81 so very convenient.
