Well… I guess they got rid of most of the food. The only options now are a kids meal (grilled cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, mac and cheese, or dino buddy chicken nuggets), or a slice of pizza. That was it. There was hardly anyone there and now I know why. The kids meals all came with a side (chips or gogurt) and a drink. We still had fun while we were there. But we then had to walk over to the tower deli (and wait in line for 20 minutes) to get something for us adults. So just a heads up that the cafe is not what it used to be!

The Cafe was filthy. Every table had garbage and leftover food all over it, so to sit anywhere we had to wipe and sanitize the table. The floors were disgusting! Garbage, food, napkins = everywhere. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The food was pretty good so that’s the only redeeming quality, and why it’s 2 stars.

The food was decent but portions are very small. Definitely not to satisfy mammoth-sized appetites. There was also a long wait on our food and we were only the second family to order. The place was clean and convenient, though.

Where’d the salad go? The only healthy option has been removed. Please bring it back. Also, the prices are quite high for the small portions.

This is a nice little cafe tucked into the side of the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point. They have some sandwiches, salads, and kids meals. Not quite the selection that there is next door at the Deli, but pretty good and the atmosphere is pretty neat with the expedition theme and props all around. It’s a good place to stop though, and they tend to be a bit quicker than the deli if it’s not too busy. If you’re a member you get a 10% discount on items here, which is nice. There’s also free WiFi which is never a bad thing!
