First off had to wait 10 min for food, chicken nuggets had so much grease in them that the grease was in the bottom of the bag of the nuggets, ordered chicken sandwich and it was just as greasy, the grease was dark brown and that means it had not been changed in a while. Tried to call to let manager know, voice-mail and the mailbox is full, I bet it is full of customer complaints. Absolutely gross, had to throw food away as it was not in any condition to eat. Gonna reach out to food safety and report.

Every Thursday AM I meet with friends for coffee at Burger King, 9018 S Federal Hwy, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952. This morning the music was exceptionally loud and I requested the volume be lowered. After requesting a second time I was told that the manager did not wish to lower it. Next thing I knew, the volume was raised really loud. I asked to speak with the manager, who’s name I didn’t get but she was a short, chubby, white girl. After a few minutes of standing there she finally approached. I began by telling her that if she didn’t want customers, she didn’t have to turn the music up and she could simply put a sign in the window stating “no customers wanted.” Instead of responding, she turned her back to me, ignored me and went on doing, whatever. No apology, no explanation and no further conversation. I will now ask my friends to meet elsewhere. I will not enter this establishment ever again, unless I am advised that this girl was fired. This is totally unacceptable.

Just waited 35 minutes on my lunch break for my food. I ordered through drive through and was asked by the young lady to park my car in a spot for a second. I watched multiple people get their food before me so I went in finally and a different girl was telling the girl who took my order that she didn’t know which car it was so she just brought it back in… never acknowledging me or apologizing. If an employee isn’t sure of something they should definitely ask coworkers.. and if you can’t handle two people in drive through please close up shop..

Service is super slow and you’re basically trapped in the drive they because there’s a huge concrete slab that you can’t drive over. This place is just embarrassing! It gets 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option.
