I got ripped off. Ordered a regular size pita and got one that’s half the size. While I was sitting there eating I noticed other people all received pitas twice the size of mine. I should’ve said something but didn’t want the hassle. I’m even more upset that I tipped.

The only reason I’m giving them a 2 instead of 1, is that it’s clean. That being said, I don’t know how they have good reviews. First it’s not pita’s, it’s soggy burritos of some sort. The meat tasted weird and I only ate maybe a third of something I paid $12 for. It sucks when you expect to go in, and get an actual good quality PITA sandwich. What you get is literally some soggy tortillas, but not a tortilla, with mediocre filling and disgusting meat. So wish I would’ve have spent my money somewhere else.

I am a vegetarian customer. I appreciated that Pita Pit is one of the few companies that offers the chance to have my falafels cooked in a pan versus on the same flat-top where the meat is cooked. Today, they cooked my falafel in the pan but I was shocked when the person rolled my falafel pita on top of a board (see pic) that was covered in meat. What a sad disconnect. I assume that employees are not trained, or at least not monitored, to ensure that meat is kept off of a vegetarian’s order. I would expect that every employee’s awareness of maintaining “meat-free” through the entire pita build process. I understand meat-eaters don’t understand the vegetarian perspective, but a company that offers veggie option should. I will not be returning.
