Don’t recommend eating here. I ordered the shrimp scampi. Based off the menu, it sounded good but had no flavor. Shrimp tasted like it was boiled in salt water, the sauce tasted like it was melted unsalted butter. I added the lemon juice for some sort of flavor. I should’ve ordered Chinese take out, would’ve been oily but tasted way better, for half the price.

Made a reservation here and had to modify it after booking. They were very nice and flexible. The food was outstanding and the service left nothing more to be desired. I know I’ll be back here any time I’m in town. Don’t miss out on thier amazing food selections!

I really enjoyed my time at Alder and Birch. It’s located inside The Orleans behind the Alligator bar. We came for happy hour. I recommend the basil martini and the oysters. Yum! Oysters are sweet and small and worth it! The interior is quite a change from the Orleans, it is chill and and comfy. Check it out if you can!

Very nice steak and seafood restaurant with an excellent atmosphere, attentive staff and tasty food. Ate here twice, once with a group of 5 in a private room, and again with a group of 22 across two tables. Excellent selection of good and drinks. Not cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for! Recommended for a splurge.

Outstanding food and service! We ate here on a Thursday and returned on Sunday and our server Andrya remembered us, welcomed us back, and even remembered what we had before. You don’t see service like that very much anymore.

A well kept Las Vegas secret. First of all the Food. Top shelf. Fresh food. Second the Service. We were sitting in a booth. My hubby wanted the fireplace area. Alex our first server. Had no problem. Getting us to the selection he wasn’t waiting on. Justin our second server, continue the great service. Third the ambience. I’m glad I found this place. It’s time you made your reservation! Cheers!

We miss the Prime Rib Loft. However, Alder & Birch is good (same space as the retired Canal Street restaurant – below the Prime Rib Loft space). It is very nice inside, but still loud during busy hours. Generally, it is the same menu as the Prime Rib Loft, just on the main floor. There are a ton of steakhouses in Las Vegas, in and out of casinos, on and off the strip. If you’re staying at this casino hotel and craving steak, this is a great option. Overall, we had an enjoyable dinner experience.

Delicious! Ordered the seasonal oysters, porterhouse, crab legs, seafood mac & cheese, grilled asparagus, steak fries, baked potato and more. Everything was superb, only complaint… My steak was not medium rare like I asked, it was very rare. Still delicious, but in my opinion getting the main course right is very important when paying these prices.
