When I receive food, it’s either undercooked or scolding hot with a wait time of 2mins. There’s no Expo being done. I work nights and this BK advertises to be 24 hours so I was really excited to leave work and get some dinner. I placed a mobile order and headed over. When I got there, there was a car ahead of me that was at the window so I knew they were open. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, including adding a couple of hellos in case they didn’t know I was there and I was completely ignored. I pulled up to the window and all of the lights were on, and there was a backpack out so obviously someone was in there and just ignoring me. I waited another 5 minutes and then just left.

Just the best. Note that the bathroom is not open due to COVID-19. Nassau County is still understandably tweaked out. You can go inside tho to order at the counter. The staff are quick, thorough, accurate & great 🙂 Parking is plentiful.
