Arby’s is usually one of the first places we consider when we are discussing fast food options. I had the classic double with crinkle fries. The fries were lukewarm. My sandwich seemed to be on a smaller bun than usual. The bottom was crumpled, and the sandwich seemed to be thrown together. Overall the sandwich was good. We ate in the dining room. We were there on a Tuesday evening, and they seemed to be slow. The employees didn’t seem to have anything to do, as they were going back and forth between the dining room and kitchen area.

Chicken salad was really dry. Needed more mayo/dressing. We ate our sandwiches with a fork, chicken salad only. Not at all like your chicken salad generally is. Disappointed for sure.

For the past 3 nights i have went there through the drive thru it’s been a excuse it’s all been around 800 pm i order some fries got the fries got 5 mins away seen they was not cooked all the way went back and the young guy told me sorry my system is down i can’t take no orders like really its always the same 2 employees with the same excuse that there system is down makes zero sense mise well close the entire restaurant down

Brought 25 high school softball players in the Brewton, AL store at 2:30pm on 3/4/23. 2 customers sitting in the restaurant & the lady behind the counter starts popping off because we didn’t call ahead & let them know we were coming in. We politely told her we didn’t know when we would have a break, we are playing in a tournament. She then says “well, what y’all wanna do, y’all gonna order or what?” We chose the “or what”. You don’t want our $$? Great, we’ll take it to Whataburger where they want our business!!

If I could give negative stars I would!! I got the wagyu burger and wanted it with lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Well it didn’t have any of that on it and the meat was raw. I tried to call them and they wouldn’t answer the phone. The fries were cold and looked like they had been sitting for a while. I spent $30 on food there and it was just awful!! I really don’t have anything good to say about the place, they really need to do a lot better!!

The new classic Mac and cheese was cold the fries were burnt the cheese sticks were soggy and the sandwiches were sloppy like they didn’t care it was going to a customer. I wasted 32 dollars and some change!! Horrible!!!
