Sat outside on their deck overlooking the lake. Beautiful view. Our server was very friendly, large portions, we ordered a plate of appetizers of onion rings, fries, cheese curds, and chicken, when she brought it out, it was alot! I ordered a chicken pecan salad that came with a pineapple poppyseed dressing, large serving, and delicious!! Had to take leftovers home. My husband had grilled cheese with bacon sandwich, he said it was very good. Everything was reasonably priced. You definitely get your money’s worth.

Wonderful food and staff! They were really accommodating for our group of 9 on a fish fry Friday night. Kirsten the server was super attentive and got everything right. We loved the curds, fish fry, chicken & shrimp and salads. Outside seating and plenty of boat parking make it a great choice!

Mid Tuesday afternoon, we enjoyed ourselves on the patio. Great lake view. Excellent service and crazy about their french fries as we ordered them extra crispy and they were very good. Thai Wrap, Chicken Cranberry Salad were very well done and delicious as well. Tilted Tequila was fun and nummy. Great afternoon to relax and enjoy. We’ve been biking the area and the Hiawatha Bearskin extension from the more Northerly Bearskin Trail here is conveniently across the street and plenty of parking.

Want a very good fried fish, but not in Wisconsin on a Friday? This is your place! Perfectly beer battered, fresh, tasty. Very friendly staff all around. Buttoned up, clean and tidy with nice water views. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Minnohawk Lodge
One of our favorite hang-outs on Lake Nokomis! We love their specialty drinks – especially the Dirty Vacation, Skinny Dipper, and of course the Bomb Pop. They have a cornflake crusted walleye on Fridays that’s amazing, along with a solid menu 7 days a week. Pizza from the Tilted Loon is also handmade and there are several veggie options on the menu as well.
