Stopped through Gainesville on a road trip and this spot did not disappoint. These photos don’t do it justice as my phone did not eat first. Regardless, make sure to stop by for some fire burgers and the tequeguavas were an awesome appetizer/dessert!

I got the burger, guava tequenos, and lemon tea. All of the food was excellent. For the guava tequenos, it came with this amazing sauce. It was perfectly sweet and salty. The burger had this amazing cheese on it and was very well made. The fries that came came it were very good. I think the oil they were cooked it was fresh and it tasted like Yuka, despite the fact that it was potato fries. So, I’m not sure how they are made but it tasted excellent. I highly recommend this place.

The cheese and potato pastelito was soooooo yummy! I wish I had ordered more. The chicken empanada was really flavorful too. Will definitely be returning to try more menu items. Super kind staff!

Inconsistent. You don’t take your customer’s time seriously. They don’t answer the phone during their “working hours” posted on their Instagram Bio, don’t accept orders during your working hours either (which by the way is only 6pm-8pm). I guess they decide not to work or open any day and don’t notify through social media or anything.

My boyfriend and I took a road trip to Gainesville for the weekend, turns out this food truck was less than half a mile away from our hotel and… I’m Venezuelan so I couldn’t leave without giving a try to their food, we were not disappointed at all. The food was amazing and the service was great.
