I grew up here and the food and service was always good to great. Now it is ridiculously NOT. I waited an extremely long time for my food. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait to cook the chicken. That is perfectly fine. I understand. 36 minutes later. I still do not have my food. All manner of cars have pulled behind me to get there food and left. Plus, one of the 2 women at the window was RUDE. I have counted no less than 10 cars that have come through and got there food. 40 minutes after ordering, I got my food with a side of attitude from them.

Got here at 10:45 since they were supposed to open at 10:30 and it’s not 11:30 and still doors locked and worker inside at a table eating food but when I try to go through the drive thru tells me 9 more mins?

Good fried chicken all the time. Their recipe and equipment is top notch. Have had issues in past with employee putting a fly inside my Cole Slaw cup right on top, it was no mistake. Definitely racially motivated. Complained to management who assured us action was taken after a lawsuit was threatened. Didn’t shop with them for years and discouraged others too. Recently started back, all good so far.

This was the worst service I had in a long time. After a 30 minute wait I received the wrong order along with several missing items. I tried to call but no one would answer. So I drove back and spoke with what was supposed to be the manager. She said, because she made the order there was no way it could’ve been wrong. That would have been nice but I paid 50.00 for someone to give me what they wanted me to have.
